What types of mental health therapy do you offer?
I offer both individual and couples therapy.
I take a flexible, personalized approach, using trauma focused therapy, narrative therapy and EMDR to heal the root causes of various mental health challenges. I also use CBT and mindfulness to support emotional regulation and help calm the nervous system.
I work with couples using the Gottman Method and other approaches that focus on strengthening the bond between partners.

Yes, I offer flexible online therapy options to ensure you have access to the support you need, regardless of your location. This option allows you to engage with therapy in a way that feels most comfortable for you.
